No. Other that delivery costs, there are no extra fees. All customs and import charges are included in the prices you see in our online shop and in your order confirmation.

Usually, you will receive your package within 4-6 working days.

As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a track & trace number.

If you wish to change your order, you must contact Customer Service as soon as possible, and we will try to accommodate your wishes. If this isn’t possible, we must instead ask you to place a new order and return the item you wanted to change.

If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact Customer Service as soon as possible, so that we may stop the shipping of your order. If this isn’t possible, you must instead make a return.

At NÜ you have 30 days return from the day of receipt.

Returns cost £4,99 and will be deducted from your refund.

1. Fill out the enclosed return form. You find it here.

2. Pack the unused items in the original packaging with hangtags still attached (items that are not in original packaging or with hangtags will not be refunded). You can use the bag in which you received your items for returns.

3. Fill out the online returnlabel here. Please note that you must write the letter O in front of the order number e.g. O1023UK.

4. Print the returnlabel and place it outside the package.

5. Deliver your package to the nearest Royal Mail post office. We highly recommend that you keep your postage receipt as proof that the package has been sent. 

If you wish to exchange an item to another size, we must ask you to order the size you wish and send the other item back to us as any other return.

Please allow up to 30 working days for your parcel to be delivered from the UK back to our warehouse in Denmark. Due to UK customs processes, it may take a few days longer.

When we receive your return at our warehouse, it will be processed as quickly as possible. It can usually take up to 7 working days to be processed and refunded. We will send you a confirmation email once we have made the refund.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you chose when you made the order. Please note it may take up to 5 days, before you can see the money in your account.

If you wish to order a gift card, you simply choose the amount of the gift card and add it to your cart as you would any other product. As soon as we have processed your order, you will receive the gift card per email. The gift card will be send to the email used at check out. 

The gift card is valid for two years per issue date.

The email containing the gift card is also used to check the balance on your card. Please save this email to check your balance.
